Expansion of Hitmarker in APAC

Hitmarker made a strategic alliance with recruitment service provider RGF to expand its hiring footprint in the APAC region.

Hitmarker, an e-sports and gaming job platform, has expanded its hiring footprint in Asia-Pacific through a strategic alliance with recruitment service provider RGF Executive Search and Professional Recruitment (RGF). RGF, based in Asia, provides talent acquisition services starting from C-suite executives to a wide range of managerial positions in various industries. Hitmarker's existing database of candidates and hiring organizations will be combined with RGF's expertise and understanding of the APAC area through this long-term strategic alliance. This will take the form of fully-translated, localized platforms being pushed out across several significant markets in the region.

On this partnership release, Richard Huggan, Hitmarker Managing Director, commented, saying that they have been looking forward to this agreement with RGF for a long time as they were longingly noticing the gigantic Asian esports and video game market. Finally, they got a perfect opportunity to serve it. He further added how excited they were to get this chance to work hand-in-hand with a reputable partner as they begin their journey to expand in Asia. They also firmly believe that within the next few years, Hitmarker will stand as the largest platform dedicated to esports and video game hiring in Japan, China, and beyond, owing to its enormous potential.

Hitmarker's expansion began in 2021 with the delivery of Japanese and Simplified Chinese platforms, including localized offerings arriving next in South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and India. According to a release, each time RGF uses its database to complete a search, Hitmarker will receive an undisclosed amount of compensation. Furthermore, Hiroki Nakashige, RGF International Recruitment CEO, added that from 2021 onwards, RGF aims to grow further and strengthen its business in the esports and video game recruitment and executive search space in Asia.
